45/45 Contracts

45/45’s are one and a half hours in duration and include eight players. Each week, players are divided into two groups of four. Each group receives forty-five minutes of instruction and forty-five minutes of play time. Membership is required for this contract program.

 

Aerobic Tennis
Want a great workout? Aerobic Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. With instruction from a teaching professional, Aerobic Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If you are looking for a new way to get in shape and burn calories, you should try Aerobic Tennis. Mondays (1.5 hrs) from 12 to 1:30 PM, Thursdays (1 hr) from 12 to 1 PM. Contract Time
Contract time is 36 weeks of reserved court time beginning in mid-September and ending in May. Membership is required.

 

Instructional Clinics with a Tennis Professional (Group Lessons)
Gather your own group, or be matched with other players for instructional clinics with a tennis professional. Clinics are typically one hour long and include no more than four players.

 


Open Time
Make reservations by stopping by or calling our front desk. Each Monday, reservations are available for the following two weeks. Non-members may reserve courts no more than 24 hours in advance.


Private Lessons
Appointments for private lessons can be made by calling or stopping by the front desk.

 

Shot of the Day
Shot of the Day is a walk-in clinic that focuses on a certain shot each week. There is no need to sign-up for this clinic in advance. It is a good introduction to the game for those who have little or no experience, and will also reinforce skills of players of all levels. Mondays (1 hr) from 7 to 8 PM. Thursdays (1 hr) from 1 to 2 PM. Saturdays (1 hr) from 9 - 10 AM. Pair this class with Aerobic Tennis for an extra workout.
