Junior Tennis

The Tri-City Junior Tennis Academy is designed for youth ages 4 to 17, for all levels. It is our goal to provide each student with the foundation to understand the fundamentals of the game so it can be enjoyed at the social or competitive level. Emphasis is placed on hand/eye coordination, and motor skills development for those new to tennis. Through the use of a detailed weekly lesson plan, concentration on players' stroke mechanics, focus on strategy, and match play situations for the older players are achieved.

Junior Academy

(age 8 and older)
In group lessons, kids will be placed, by ability, with their peers and exposed to the mechanics and strategies of the game. This will be done through a combination of drills and games, with a constant emphasis on having fun. The Junior Academy program runs all year-long as an evening/weekend program during the school year and as a day camp during the summer. School year programs run for 10-15 week sessions and classes are offered Monday through Saturday. Summer camp programs run on a weekly basis. Students are not automatically enrolled from previous sessions. Registration forms must be completed for each session. Look on the right for a printable copy of the registration form.

Elite Program
These groups are designed for tournament level players. The focus is on more advanced techniques and strategies, as well as proper footwork, with the goal of developing players who are competitive at high levels.
